Another thing I recommend you do to lose weight while you are in college is you need to make sure you don’t do a lot of multitasking.
The reason you don’t want to do this is because of the fact that when you are doing trivial tasks all at once, you’re going to feel the urge to eat at times when you shouldn’t be eating and you might just end up overeating. A lot of students in colleges across the country eat junk foods, especially pizza. You should be eating small meals that have a calorie count of 500 every four hours, and make sure that you don’t skip meals because of you’ll just end up starving yourself and changing your blood glucose levels.
The last thing you need to be doing is you need to change your eating habits and start exercising more often if you want lose weight in college. When you are in college, you are more tempted to drink alcohol, and when you are binge drinking you are without a doubt consuming more calories than you should be.
Beer is loaded with calories so stay away from it if you plan to lose weight and maintain weight while you are in college. The exercise that you should be doing should be cardiovascular exercises and strength exercises to build muscle.
